WB,

INCA (Instinet) direct is currently available on CyBerX. In order to place an INCA order, you will need to make sure you have the latest version of CyBerX and also that you have the "Advanced Order Entry" option checked in your Preferences window.

Further more, please note that our INCA direct orders only apply when removing liquidity from INCA and NOT when posting (or adding) liquidity. For example, if INCA is posting on the Ask side at 20 1/8 and you place a Buy order on INCA at that same price, it will route your order directly to INCA in an effort to remove liquidity. If, however, the best ask price is at 20 1/8 and you place an INCA order at 20, this would be an example of attempting to post (or add) liquidity, and because there are not any available shares at 20, your order will be rejected.

Also, will your data vendor partners be adding the new routes
to QCharts/eSignal/DTN ? Many are not available, e.g. CyberExchangeECN,
INCA, REDI, BTRD, MKXT, etc.

Yes, with the newest versions of CyBerX Plus, customers using CyBerX with integrated platforms will have the same execution capabilities. Please let us know if we have failed to answer any of your questions or if we can be of any further assistance.

Sincerely,
