I spoke to software support today and they confirmed that the INCA and BTRD direct
routes are still unavailable. I have downloaded the latest CyberX (1.603) and, using either
route, you get the message "Cannot send order; INCA [BTRD] disabled".
The support group said they will inform customers when these routes become available.
