Didn't you see similar option activity when the Delaware case was winding down? By now, it seems that the Delaware Judge should have received all the required filings for the pending motions related to the first case and seems about ready to issue a set of rulings. I am not too sure about how it works, but he may not need to hear oral arguments from the lawyers anymore since this is a patent case. Maybe Lee Konkel can help us out here.
