NewKidCo owns a stake in Softquad... Because of the additional funding of Softquad, the 19% stake would be slightly diluted... however, in lieu of the current stock prices, I would venture to say that NKCIF does NOT reflect the gains as of yet. Hopefully, the company will make it clear as to the exact percentage of its ownership in Softquad. This would be a nice bonus to all of the other good news that has come out recently. Does anyone here doubt the positive impact that PlayStation II will have on NKCIF?
