I thought I saw something on CNBC today or yesterday about the reqs.
They listed several conditions but I couldn't tell if one or all of the conditions needed to be met. I seem to remember $1mil mkt cap and 400 shareholders and I think there were two other conditions. Maybe someone can find this at the NASDAQ site but last time I looked it was pathetic.
