Arnie, underscoring your info on the earnings date, Hal Sachs is out of the office until Monday in any case. I would imagine he'd be around when they hit the tape. Speaking of which, do they customarily do a conference call? Any idea how to participate? As for Karcher and Hardee's I'm somewhat at a loss because I'm not very familiar with the acquired company. I suppose it may turn out to be a master stroke in the long run but for now, should represent opportunities for distraction and dilution which will hopefully work to Jack's benefit. How's business at JITB's near you? Been a bit quiet around here during the later dinner hours. Regards, Chris
