Steve -- A quick spin 'round the web indicates that RMBS's short position is large, especially ranked relative to avg volume, and is at or near 12-month highs. I mistrust the RMBS rally has been liable to positive feedback between momentum trading and the short position. Your comment about share availability is an argument for, not against, the presence of a squeeze. -mb
