Reagan, There is a lot there and I guess I do not disagree with everything you said but here are two items perhaps~ The demand for the service is fairly inelastic - one either needs it or one doesn't. I think it is elastic, just as cell phone usage was. Many people years ago thought they did not NEED cell phones because it was SOO EXPENSIVE. Since costs have dropped dramatically over the years, everyone NEEDS one. I think GSTRF sat phones will be the same. I am a perfect example, sure I could afford it and it would be nice, but $1500 for the phone then the high PM charges, uuhh, sorry don't need it that much right now. But as soon as overall pricing comes down, then a lot more people will buy. "Supply creates its own Demand" ~ Say's Law )So, in all probability we are looking at one carrier only for two years. Isn't Imersat (sp) out there? Also, the debt service demands that we ramp up fairly quickly, WS knows this and thus they are waiting for Subs and MOU before anything happens.
