Nah, I suspect that people don't have much too say sitting around in cash. Not much to talk about except who has got the highest MM yield in town. Booooooring. I could tell you about my municipal bond purchase today which gives the tax equivalent yield of a tad over 10% (zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz) but nobody would much care as that return is part of the "old" economy. Yes, folks the talking heads have justified the market dichotomy with the talk of "old" economy and "new" economy stocks. You apply the old valuation metrics to the old companies and the new anything-goes-metric to the new companies and this explains everything in an easy to understand blurb.
