You raise a number of good points. But never underestimate the power of a very hot market to carry a penny stock a long, long way. Especially if the company has a concept that the market wants to invest in. I think the new subsidiary is such a concept. As a case in point, I thought Lorus Therapeutics was an interesting well run emerging biotech with a very solid game plan and management team. I figured the stock should be worth a couple of bucks. Current market euphoria puts it close to $9 and going higher! Time will tell who is right when it comes to this one!
