Today's news: "DATASTREAM SYSTEMS INC said CONAGRA INC's frozen food division will join its iProcure network to order industrial parts online for its frozen prepared-foods plants. The deal was expected to eventually generate up to $500 million in orders through the DataStream's iProcure system when all 180 ConAgra frozen-food plants are online, a DataStream spokeswoman said. "The deal will result in initially $25-30 million spent through our system" after the first eight ConAgra sites are online in six to eight months, spokeswoman Nell Hinchey said.
