I think the dip today is an excellent buying opportunity. The secondary offering is a sign of strength and absolutely the right move considering the size of the opportunity in front of Ventro. Interesting that they are also issuing debt. That means they anticipate having the cash flow to fund interest payments. It also shows that Dave Perry understands that debt is a cheaper source of funding than equity. I think this is an extremely bullish signal. I will look for the opportunity to accumulate more if we stay at these levels. Conan
