I am a frequent shorter looking for a broker that rebates on short sales and doesnt have super high rates. Any suggestions. I short enough that the rebate issue more than makes up for a 5-10 dollar commission difference. i trade alot, though, so paying full service would eat up the rebate completely. thanks.
