Ohmigosh! An ORL NR!! That is a pleasant Surprise.... <gggg>...

I'm going to wander "a bit" off topic here... hopefully for the better good of everyone? (everyone can make their own opinion of that for themselves)

ORL is an example of a stock that I feel should be held more as a position trade because it seems that the story is just starting and the chart is very bullish, etc.... Of course it also makes sense to pick up trading shares when it has MOMO just like any stock...

An example of one of the HUGE lessons I am learning in this market can be outlined by V.BWS

I had 12000 shares of BWS with an average price of less than 0.33! I usually buy about $2000 worth of shares at a time when buying cheapie CDNX stocks... so that was 2 buys worth that I had loaded up on... I decided that I was going to hold them "longer term" because the stock seemed perfect to run past $1.00 and then some.... well... after a couple of weeks of stagnation in the .40's, it broke down into the .30's again.... soooooo.... I bailed... (stupid trigger happy me... *sigh*)....

I made some profits trading the cash I freed up, and still locked in about $1000 in profit on the BWS itself. The stock quickly bounced back up into the .40's, then a week and half later it started the run it is currently on (last closed at 1.57!!) In other words, by not waiting it out, I gave up $14400+ already! I have NOT made that much in trading profits from the $4000 I freed up by bailing on BWS because of my "impatience"....

I can tell the same story about SNW.A where I held 9000 shares at an average price of .42! That leaves almost $20000 left on the table, as I got impatient with SNW.A and sold at a small loss! (I have traded it since and made some gains on it luckily... )

There are quite a few other stocks that I can tell this same tail about, as I'm sure most of us have let some go Way too soon...... when they are just traders, it doesn't bother me that much... when I identify the stock as having TRUE potential, I do blame myself (BWS, KCA, SNW.A, LOR, EKP, and a few others fit into this category..)

So I will get to my POINT... Yes, I actually had one when I started this long ramble....

I think we all know of some stocks that haven't run hard yet, but have some obvious potential to make a breakout run over the coming month or two, and end up being a 5 bagger or more. I Propose that we alert each other to these opportunities and give a summary of why we think any particular stock might make such a move (ie. for BWS I would have said that it hadn't really run that far yet, it appeared to be under accumulation in the .40 range, and that it was a battery and wireless stock as main reasons to believe it would have a huge run... also it is a solid and real company that seemed an obvious choice to have its turn in this market).

Where can we do this? This thread isn't the right place because it is for pure MOMO stocks that will be traded within 5 days. So, perhaps we could do this on the Position Trading in Canada thread? If not there, we could create a thread specifically for that purpose?? A Position Trading Small Caps in Canada thread??

What does everybody think? I think it would be useful to be given a heads up on some of the more promising stocks like BWS, COT, ORL, etc that were just destined to explode at some point in time....
