Tod:
Perhaps you could clear up something for me.
Why, if you have been preparing a lawsuit during the past three months, do you feel only now that you would like to post a call to anyone on this thread to become a party to said lawsuit? While, it may seem a good time, how could you possibly have known that it would be better to wait until now? As I recall, you and others have been dropping hints and incomplete information about it before now. Am I correct? I know it's not a complete surprise, but I'm a bit confused. It seems to me that more plaintiffs would have strengthened your case from the beginning.
In addition, I should think that anyone making such an invitation would state many more specifics pertaining to the act of "joining" with the parties of your lawsuit. At least state where one can go to for the complete story on how your lawyers intend to present your case. I, for one, would not be anywhere near the state of mind to make this decision based merely on your SI posts.
To all: anyone who ever bothered to speak to Mr. Elrod, the investigator for Tenn., would have known that someone at GIFS had a criminal record. He refused to mention names (to me). Waaco's overexcited (as usual) claims that the people from the State who are handling this case seemed to be surprised by the presence of shareholders is nonsense.
