I have had a charming relationship with TD Waterlogged but I have made quite a bit of money while slowly going insane with the problems with them. Last week, I phoned and explained that I wanted a check for all the cash in my account, as I was going to open an account with Schwab. I will leave my longer term stocks in my TD account, after all if I don't plan to sell them right away, they may as well be there as anywhere, and told them that I would be doing all my real trading with Schwab starting next week. I reminded the rep that I spent $3000.00 in commissions in eight weeks in November and December, and about $1000 a month since. I think that by leaving them the small stuff, and telling them that the real money is going elsewhere, they may get it together. I also made a point of telling them how irritated I was with their spending money attracting new customers when they couldn't service the ones they have.
