I agree with you, the spinoff of EDV (PF) did squat for holders of ECMV (PRFM). Went long PRFM for the opening of Perfumania.com, and then sold (should have also shorted). Then went long again PRFM for IPO of PF (back-door IPO style play), and PRFM barely did anything. I think the internet incubator area is still doing well, I never thought RRRR would see $50 let alone the $70 it hit today. ECMV might be a good old POS, but it has a good story, low float, and news that will be coming in the future as they announce their new ventures. They need to retain some shares, or warrants of the companies they will develop so shareholders of ECMV will benefit, they may or may not. Anyway, its just one egg in the basket, also have HHGP (I like that one alot), CNV,THCG and PFNC. Wish I had held RRRR. ECMV is trying to get the word out about its new agenda, ....to hype itself, maybe saying an easy double is going to far, then again maybe not far enough depending upon what they do. Check back in 6 months and lets see where we are then. Today it closed 6 21/32, EDV at 49 15/16
