Hi all,

First time to post on SI. I have been watching LUXY since it was under a dollar a share. It seems this announcement of short-term financing has really helped this stock. It still seems it is a bargain, even after its rapid appreciation over the last weeks. I do have a couple of questions and would like to see if anyone has any opinions on them:

1.) Do you see any profit taking after the recent rise, or do those people that hold a majority of the float have still have a paper loss after investing at the $7-10 level? If many or most people bought at the low I could see some profit taking hurt this stock for the short-term, if they bought at or near the high I could see them holding on hoping for the price to appreciate even more.
2.) Does anybody know how much of the stock is held by management and how many shares are in the public float?
3.) Being very aggresive regarding expansion, does anybody have an idea of how long this $2 Million loan will hold them over before they need more financing?

Cinemastar definately looks like an interesting opportunity. At its current price I would say it still looks undervalued based on their current size and their future potential.

Thanks,
Darren
