Non-Action Direct... any suggestions on better Cdn discount

I had it today with Non-Action Direct... and it is not only
the Order desk with an outsourced co. which is a problem
(hell, they should have their own servers)... but the
commission on a sell today was messed up... plus 2+ hours
for order pendings...

What are your thoughts on Etrade Canada? Charles Schwab
Canada? Not really interested in the big banks discounters
any more because they just don't seem service competitive.
