Hi,
I have to say, I don't like IBD's articles (kind of a cheesy paper I think), but the ratings of stocks are pretty good. Any chance that the Morgan Stanley conference was the real for the rise? Anyway, I don't see how adding 3m shares is a positive for share holders - though it is better than borrowing I guess.
