I own 20,000 shares which I purchased recently at a 12 1/4 average. Yes, this is a buy-out candidate and at some point they will be acquired. However, even without a buy-out, this stock should be trading in the mid twenties. My sources suggest that they have truly turned the corner and wallstreet will begin to realize that this is one of the most undervalued CLEC's (ICP)in the industry now.

I have done a tremendous amount of DD on this company which was first brought to me by an executive of another CLEC who really is high on ESPI. Buy on any dips!
