Scottoo I saw this over on RB and I have to say at least in this regard we really are not so far apart:

They've stretched it out as far as possible. But, this is it. I do look forward to the financials, if only to know exactly what they have been doing. Given the people involved and the things that we have seen, the money has to be coming from somewhere. All of these people involved are not working "pro bono." I will say that the management has not been forthcoming with its investors. And, I am being very nice in that description. If you want a classic example as to how not to keep the investors informed, read the prior posts and their website. Add to that the missives from their Dir. of Communications, who is either out of the loop, in the loop but can't say something or in the loop but doesn't dare say something and you have the current feeling of investors. Hopefully, my comments will be erased by the filing of the financials and we will all be pleased. But, I feel that it is unconscionable that we have been drawn to this final date when it was well known that a filing was specified by a certain date. I hold a goodly number of shares, but, given whatever occurs, I have lost my faith in the management of this company. They seem contemptuous of their shareholders by word and deed. Sad.
We really do agree about this aspect of it all. I know you don't agree with my tactics of holding the facts up continually for all to see. But the company has not been forthcoming. It is sad. They have had this responsibility from the beginning and they have avoided it as long as they could. The really sad thing is that I believe there is a good chance that they will never file. And people like you who have bought into their representations, who have kept the faith defending what I know you have known was really indefensible, but kept it based on a betrayal of lies to you, I can sense the disappointment that lies ahead for you still.
You've been a foot soldier in a war that your generals sold you out on long ago. |
