You may have meant to say that you would be a seller of puts in Softbank if they were available. This strategy often results in your buying in partly with someone else's money or else just pocketing the money you receive for selling the put if the stock moves upwards Unfortunately there is no market for the full array of Softbank options. I wonder how this affects the volatility? I also wonder how the high stock price and cost of entry affect volatility? In the US, the $50 spread between bid and asked in the OTC Market would seem to discourage agressive trading.
