Do you think he would understand! JK, he is brilliant but doe seem to love the old Phillps Curve stuff.

The supply siders have argued correctly as of late that the increases in productivity have increased supply thereby offsetting any increase in demand, thus no pricing pressure. That's my rudimentary understanding of it.

For example, if demand does in fact increase for widgets but the manu's can supply more widgets w/o hiring more workers or having to increase costs on the margin, then the supply/demand curve does not become unbalanced. That is what is going on now, it is tech driven, it is the new economy.

I love AG, but where is the inflation!? There isn't any.
