When a class action suit is filed the stockholders usually make up the "class". Therefore although a few stockholders are normally named in the complaint it takes no action on the part of other holders to join in this legal action. All shareholders are automatically included..

"Youthful indiscression" a phrase appearing in a company news release. Here in the D.C. area we see reports inthe newspapers everyday about "youthful indiscresions- teen agers committing murders galore. I really would like a much better definition in Mo's case. If it was minor they could exoplain. Silence on part of the company tell's me it was much more serious and perhaps even criminal.
