Tom,
There is no way the 300lb of precipitate can contain 3lb.s of PGM. If you assume *perfect* leaching, *perfect* precipitation, you could not get more than 2.5 to 5.0 ounces PGM (10 tons ore x 0.25opt to 0.5opt PGM & AU). Big difference from 3lbs. So there is maybe one or two thousand worth of PGM/AU in the 300lb of precip. Feel free to correct my figures & math - I am using 0.25opt to 0.5opt range as the best GPGI figure I remember.

Finally, GPGI apparently stated <<"there is a rumor of sorts that we are not drying our concentrate by the use of a professional dryer. We are ***beginning*** to do just that.">> (my emphasis). Well, it wasn't ever a rumor - it was a susposition infered from information posted here. I am damn glad to that GPGI *IS* finally using a filter press. Amen.
