Mike I am in bussiness for myself. I know that it is impossible for a business to operate with one employee. Even a door to door salesman needs someone to place the orders and process the paperwork. Nevermind recieve the checks, record them and on and on. To say that VTEH has all this farmed out is only the set up to saying down the line that a dishonest employee or manager in a low paying position took off with the cash or deposited checks into their own account. I think that any of us that invested here should just take our lums, admitt that we were duped and move on. Approach it like this: If you have a five year old tell them the story and see if they will accept it. They are usually pretty bright and even though they are used to listining to fairy tales I think they will see through this one. Good luck in what ever you decide. These threads are here to help us get imformation and lend a shoulder when we get stuck in one like VTEH. Phil
