Updated eps estimates for AXC after 1Q .11 came out How earnings in the next 3 q could pan out... 8.1M Mitsu win 7.5M Recurring royalties (now at a 2.5M Q run rate, and will probably only increase 13 M Lawyer fees expended by this date, all of which may possibly be refunded with continued AXC wins 2.5 M Interest earnings 2.5 M Maxtor KM royalties, based on 6% market share of 400M platters with 40% sold in 4th Q at $.25 platter, all of which could be too low ----------- 33.6 M possible so far, and that's only Q 2-4! Other possible earnings factors... ??? 2nd patent win, close to or over 10M I guess ??? 3rd patent win, " " " 1-3M Higher recurring patent royalties due to larger one time wins early this year ??? Actual DST/DIS earnings 2-3M? Other one time royalty wins, probably some from Mitsu win's ramifications to the rest of the industry caving in at the handwriting on teh wall. Add it all up, and I see earnings can definitely approach $1 THIS YEAR. could be over $1 if other KM comes thru.
