Allshare Enterprise Set for 50% Revenue Growth From Selling and Implementing Comshare's Applications; Distributor for the Netherlands Renews Its Agreement with Comshare

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 6, 2000--Comshare(R) Inc. (Nasdaq:CSRE) is pleased to announce that Allshare Enterprise has renewed its distributor agreement to sell and implement Comshare's e-business applications for management planning and control (MPC) in the Netherlands. Allshare Enterprise has represented Comshare in the Netherlands since 1995 and has tripled its sales and consulting force through a growing number of partners attracted to Comshare's success. Revenue growth of 50% from Comshare's MPC applications is expected this year.

Marcel Brockhoff, General Manager, Allshare Enterprise, says, "Our close relationship with Comshare has proven to be solid and profitable and Comshare will continue to be an important ally in the run up to our IPO next year. Together we have built an extensive customer base including blue chip organisations like KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Mercedes Benz Customer Assistance Centre, Origin International and Philips Components."

"We are very impressed with Comshare's product direction," continues Brockhoff. "A high proportion of our future growth will be sales to new customers who want to achieve competitive advantage by linking planning, budgeting, consolidation, reporting and analysis. Comshare is the only organisation that delivers e-business applications that support all aspects of the Management Planning and Control process, and are deployable on the world's leading databases - Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and IBM DB2."

The agreement enables Allshare Enterprise to continue selling and implementing the whole Comshare product range - Planning(TM), BudgetPLUS(TM), FDC(TM), Management Reporting and Analysis(TM) and DecisionWeb(TM).

David Allcock, Vice President of Distributors, Comshare, says, "We are very pleased to renew our distributor agreement with Allshare Enterprise as it continues to win new business with some of Europe's largest companies. Allshare has achieved great success in the banking and manufacturing sectors with two teams dedicated to these niche markets. We look forward to working with Allshare to take advantage of the opportunities in other vertical markets and to lead the Netherlands market for MPC applications."
