well do you think i was too harsh??? too defensive??? probably should have passed on the whole thing,,,a complete waste of time... i let myself get annoyed at the suggestion that TA does not work???? how silly... he assumed i made that call "after" the fact...when in fact i made that call well before the announcment of the potential spinoff...at 59... anyway...without looking back, i sure couldn't look ahead...
