I doubt the problem is with the webborker servers (I almost called it that when I was talking to a rep yesterday.. probably should have :). They're just the interface to the backend mainframes, which is the bottleneck. You can have web servers coming out the wazoo but until they get rid of the mainframes (not gonna happen this century) or volumes go down, you'll never see an improvement in speed online. That's why I'm looking at www.yamner.com James.
