Seems Loral can do anything they say they can. Have they squandered all the 'good will' the old Loral had developed?

LMI-1 and Telstar 10 still not co-ordinated (Satellite International,
02-25-00)
Lockheed Martin Intersputnik is still struggling with interference from APT
Satellite's Telstar 10, 5 months after the launch of LMI-1 to position at 75§E.
Telstar 10 orbits at 76.5§E, and has been leased entirely to Loral Space &
Communications for its lifetime. A Loral spokesperson said the company is talking
to LMI about co-ordinating the 2 slots. Both satellites carry 28 C-band and 16
Ku-band transponders. (Not available on the web)

Philippine government may offer both 147§E and 151§E (Satellite
International, 02-25-00)
The Philippine government may have 2 orbital slots available for bid this year.
One slot at 147§E has not yet been awarded, but no company has expressed an
interest in it. The second slot, at 151§E was awarded to Philippine Agila Satellite,
but PASI has not yet launched a satellite; the government is pursuing legal means to
recover the slot. The Philippines has a total of 6 orbital slots. (Not available on the
