Jim: Sorry to have taken so long to get back to you. It appears that the market is reacting to other things than news keeping that slot, or betting that with the slot DISH was less attractive to Rupert than it would have been had he lost his slot.

Nonetheless, this deal will happen - it makes too much sense from a competitive point of view and Rupert won't want to purchase the $200m of stock he is obligated to if it fell apart.
