Dear James: No disrespect, but a TRACKING stock is NOT a seperate entity. IMHO shares of a tracking stock would in fact be issued to GBLX shareholders. I may be saying this wrong, but what I am trying to get out is that the tracking stock results would be folded into the parent results. JDN
