DSNY is on the pinks and it's up 500% from it's pre-split days. Mind you it filed around the time it said it would. At this point in time IMO it is the management of DIGG, and nothing else, that is affecting the price of this stock. Until management elects to do something different in regards to the filing and investor awareness the share price will remain where it is. Keep in mind management is very capable of moving the share price when it wants. That's the second reason why I've invested in this. The first is "it ain't no pump and dump", BS is building something real here.
