Timing is always unpredictable. My best guess...sometime in the next year.

Re: Qdel. Watch 2 factors. Earnings/Products. Settlement of the BD suit (hopefully sooner, rather than later). Re: BD suit....patents are written in pencil till a court upholds them. Infringement suits are sometimes disasterous to the patent holder. If technology changes....the patent may become worthless quickly. Technology in this field turns over 100% every 5-7 years. Qdel patent is the newest.... Does that help?

FYI, I am buying Qdel. I own stock, so I may have a vested interest in the cos success. All is IMHO. <g>
