Bear, I need to see the annual report which has not yet been sent to me. Perhaps no foregin company can own control of natural resources in Cuba and can only participate. But I don't know why 54% is not a controlling interest. The price action of MAENF reflects everything you posted. I also believe it reflects Bre-x concerns. While the two individuals probably are not related, the fact that a Walsh is VP-CFO at MAENF and a Walsh is Pres & CEO at Bre-x probably takes a few cents off the stock also even if that is not fair or logical.
