Thread: JC Jarus over at the SUNW thread took some time last night to see what the top purchases of books were by employees at some corporations over at Amazon last night. What he discovered for MSFT was very interesting--a lot of Japanese language books. He stated, though, "The winner of the booklist contest IMO, was EMC. They're some pretty driven fellows!" Message 13076882 The URL for EMC's purchases is in JC's posting. As an aside, I think QCOM should be given some kind of award, based on their top purchases. Given QCOM was the only corporation I checked that included a diet book (#2), some gardening books (2), and books on investing, I'll leave the name of their prize to others.
