Has anyone noticed? While we were all losing money, Business Newswire, April 21, l997 at ll:ll am. reported that a company called Play Star out of Dover Delaware announced its access and gaming statistics as a result of an on-line internet casino system testing which they began on 3/31/97. The numbers are interesting, only for their size. Company claims that they received 500,000 hits and 2 million in play money in a two week period. Numbers and hits exceeded expectations. Received "visits" from all over the world.(Apparently they allowed US citizens to play but US was not main source of revenue) (Don't believe me, look at the reporting) I got some information about the company and noted that they developed this workable site by using partners (not internal development) specifically, Dreamply Research out of Toronto and Scott Thornly-Canada, Sun and Java Systems. They expect to be up and running by end of this year.

However, their management team's experience in the field (various related businesses) far surpasses VTEHs. Their stock price is in the 1.00 - 2.00 range. The stock is PSCK OTC. www.playstar.com-just for comparison.
