NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Globalstar Telecommunications Ltd. (GSTRF)
priced its public offering of seven million common shares at $35
each.
In a press release, the company said net proceeds will be $234
million, before the potential exercise of a 1.05 million share
overallotment option.
The offering is being managed by a group of underwriters led
by Bear, Stearns & Co.; Banc of America Securities LLC; Lehman
Brothers; C.E. Unterberg, Towbin; ING Barings; and Credit Lyonnais Securities, Merryl Lynch
