Pretty well, They've been # 1 and 3 in pipelay and burial a year or so back. They do a lot of NG work, as well. GLBL has more vessels and bigger international presence. HOFF just upgraded some lift capacity in on of their vessels.

Well managed, got a great client list. Nice little company, especially if you think there's going to be a lot of NG work to be had in the GOM. Got a lot of talented people there. Young and aggressive company. It'll be just fine.
