Can CyBerX Execute Market Orders?

I placed a CyBerX Smart Market order to sell a liquid NASDAQ stock @ about 9:33am. I waited over three minutes for the order to get executed - to no avail. I cancelled the order, entered a CyBerX Market order, and got a prompt execution. However, the delay cost me over a $1000.00.

If Cybercorp can not execute a market order in a timely fashion, what can they execute?
