Merger Between HKT & PCCW to be Completed in June

Cable & Wireless HKT (0008) and Pacific Century CyberWorks (1186) will merge before the 5th of June, according to HKT chief executive Mr Linus Cheung. However, Mr Cheung said HKT has not yet received the takeover proposal from PCCW.
