Yes, I agree.

I'm just not sharp enough on my own to figure what the value of HLTH should be. Here's the way I'm figuring it though:
When Janus bought about 10% of HLTH for about $1B for their mutual funds, they paid about $62/sh (when the stock was selling open market for $66). I'll assume Janus is trying to be a long term holder. And that they, being Very Successful fund mgrs (they have very popular funds anyway) have enough resources - talent, clout, etc. - to have investigated HLTH and its potential thoroughly enough to properly value the company or at least assure themselves they had a very good shot at making a profit at a buy at $62.

Consequently, for me, the base value of HLTH is $62. Any price under that is a good bet for an entry point for purchase. It's an assumption that the stock is undervalued at such prices - assuming we see no fundamental changes or surprises to their business/business model.

JMO, and I've been wrong many, many times before.

I've added to my small position in HLTH yesterday. And I'm considering also buying more of one the HLTH takeovers.
