Greetings Members,

In the past, PFNT was voted as a FAST 500 Technology Company by Deloitte &
Touche. This news has been out for a while, but below is some extra DD on
PFNT.

The main business of PFNT is outsourcing solutions for the wireless
industry. This seems rather vague, but allows PFNT to reach various
markets. They also provides many products to the telecom industry.Examples
are one-way wireless networks, wholesale network services from the Company
for resale to their customers; network engineering and maintenance
services, supporting one-way and
two-way wireless technologies; and pager and cellular product repair
services.

They provide wireless airtime to more than 500,000 units, via wholesale
distributor relationships. Recently, just started shipping a product
called iTerminal. It was only distributed to present customers, but now
are expanding orders to additional companies. The idea behind the
iTerminal is that it uses mobile wireless data services with the Internet.
It uses the Internet as the transport backbone for wireless messaging
traffic.

Recently (March 6th), A PR came out stating:
" it has partnered with Definition 6, Inc., an Atlanta-based applications
developer, to develop a group messaging module
for WebSiteforFREE, a template-based software application that
dynamically generates and operates comprehensive, integrated web sites."

As for management, we came across a Michael C. Ward President and Chief
Operating Officer of PFNT's wholly owned subsidiary, EPS Wireless, Inc.
(EPS). He has been in the wireless industry for about 20 years. He was a
senior consultant at various companies: Sprint PCS and Cellular One.
Before that he held several positions with AT&T and with Airtouch (at the
time, it was called Pactel Paging).

AS always, do your research. Below is the company website(s) and
additional info:

pniaccess.com
pnifreeweb.com

best of luck and keep up all your DD.
