Sales are off 50% in the last year and ........The compnay has almost no shareholder equity left..they hacve less than 600K in cash and a huge deficit..of <-31 million > The IR dept has no detail on the ...Rights it acuired and..The President is out of the compnay ..probvably selling his stock ..trough offshore corps.This deal is a 100% pure P& D
