limetex ---is their no legal recourse through the EU since this is definitely not a free market ? Also I notice that MCI was bidding for one of the British license ---if they do succeed in buying Sprint this might be a way of CDMA breaking into the European market .
One last question does it not seem ironical after the European trade group finish visiting China that CDMA was put on hold ?
