Frank: I heard a very scary commercial on the radio this morning from Merril Lynch. They are saying that debt can be a valuable asset. If you need money then keep your securities and borrow money against your portfolio or your house. I think this is very dangerous for the average american. I have debt with my school loans but they are only at 8% and I have the income and safety reserve to survive a financial setback. Who is Merril Lynch targeting with this ad? JT
