Too soon to buy. This (these) are interesting stor(y)(ies) but I doubt it(they) is(are) finished. It reads like the plot outline for a bad novel -- written by Canadians, of course.

(1) Canadian tax fraud charges still pending -- allegations that non-Canadian writers were simply used as fronts to get tax breaks otherwise not allowed.
(2) Acquisition of Twin Sisters Productions announced in late February.
(3) Founders/CEOs resign, CFO fired.
(4) Improper investment of $122 m in company funds purportedly by latter. Money supposedly can't be found or identified.
(5) Two class actions, more to come.
(6) Company release says there is enough cash on hand for ongoing ops -- but implication is not acquisitions. Will Twin Sisters deal be called off? If so, more lawsuits for sure.
(7) I saw an analysts' suggestion that more bad news is on the way. (Will it be revealed the missing "investments" were poured into some casino slot machine or something like that? Smells like embezzlement rather than impropriety -- in my opinion of course.

Anyone know the Canadian equivalent of Chap. 11?
