Thanks. And I hearya loud and clear on the volatility, it's enough to make one seasick. But the way I see it, there are several events that are likely to ameliorate the situation.

1. More analyst recommendations. This is a hot sector and there should be lots of analysts looking to pick up coverage. The comparative valuation to the other players in the industry makes CLAC a very attractive recommendation, imo.

2. Buyout. I still think CLAC is a likely to be bought out before the end of the year.

3. More large deals (like the one with Broadvision) creating increased exposure for the company. This should increase instituional and retail investor support and result in greater liquidity.

4. Accelerating sales growth. CLAC is really just getting started, my DD leads me to believe that CLAC could capture a substantial piece of what should be multi-billion dollar market over the next few years. There approach of standardizing their solution by integrating it into enterprise ASP apps is, imo, superior to their competition and should extend their reach quickly into various new areas of expansion. In addition, their margins are likely to be very good (their gross margin looks to be in excess of 70%).

5. A small secondary, which should add liquidity and result in greater i-bank support and support from larger funds.

no guts, no glory

Anything looking good to you right now? I'm looking for some new ideas?
